I queried Ms. Kathleen Rushall on June 9th and received a friendly, personalized response on June 11th. "I think this is super cute and your writing is strong. It’s not right for me at the moment, but I’ve shared it with a colleague who I think might be a good fit. If it’s right for her, she will reach out to you directly."

It's great to know that Ms. Kathleen Rushall passes manuscripts on to her colleagues if she feels they have potential but are not the right fit for her.
