I emailed a query her way on 8/28, and got a Full Request today!

That said, her assistant's email said that she normally requests manuscripts come to her on an exclusive basis, and since my full is already out with two other agents, I'm not sure whether she's going to want me to hold off on sending it her way. I did go ahead and send it, but offered to let them know whether the other two agents get back to me, so we'll see what happens...

UPDATE: Within 20 minutes, her assistant got right back to me to confirm they'd received the MS and let me know that it's fine for it not to be exclusive, given that she's a bit behind on her reading and it wouldn't be fair. I promised to keep her in the loop on any developments, but given the communication struggles I've had with other agents, I have to say, the open communication is making me even more excited for the possibility of working with her.
