I hesitate to close this, since it seems like she is responsive and there have been staff changes... but I think I am going to call it:

Rejection from assistant, but with helpful comments. Were interested in concept, but thought early pacing a bit too slow, so I felt they at least took the time to actually read it and provide personalized comment.

Nudged after about 7 weeks (website suggests checking back if you haven’t heard w/in 4 weeks). Received a gracious rejection an hour or so later from Gina with personalized feedback on first 10 pages. This agency is a class act!

FR - 9/21/17 (request made by her assistant after I sent a reminder email) - I submitted the full MS on the same day
10/9/17 (her assistant emailed to update me on the status of my submission—very professional)

Nudged Abigayel on 14 December 2017.
She responded on 19 December, saying I will hear from them after the holidays.
27 Feb 2018 - Followed up with Gina as Abigayel no longer worked there. She said my MS was still in the queue.

ER - 3/7/2018 - Tia, another assistant, sent a personalised and detailed feedback.

100k Adult Dark Fantasy

Thank you for submitting the partial manuscript of [title]. Upon further consideration, we have decided to pass on this project.
We think the plot is really interesting, but we found we just didn't connect with the story as much as we'd hoped.

Thank you again for your submission and we wish you the best of luck in finding representation in the future.

Both times I queried her I received nice rejection notes with a small amount of feedback, signed by Gina, not an assistant.

So in reading jubilee's comment, "Intern emailed saying she has passed my manuscript and a recommendation to the agents," I'm REALLY wondering... I received a request from Abigayel, then a full request from her, then a form rejection from her. Never did she mention passing the MS on to Gina. Does this mean Gina never saw it? I know a lot agents operate that way, using their assistants as gatekeepers because they simply don't have time, but I also know some insist on reading everything themselves. There's no way to know which it is here, but I feel like I got a form rejection on a full from an assistant when the agent herself maybe never saw the query to begin with.
