My experience matches those below. Very quick response. Strongly encouraged I query another agent, which I did. I got another quick response from the second agent at the agency, this time just rejecting.

Passed, but offered a very positive message and strongly suggested I query another agent from the agency. Very quick response time.

My experience with Jessica Faust is that she is very efficient and responsive. She seems hardworking, organized, and professional.
Even if she rejects your work, be grateful that she does so in a prompt and respectful manner.
You will not get such courteous treatment from many agents.
She should be a role model for other agents. Maybe she should run a time-management workshop and teach her colleagues a thing or two.
She has even posted videos stating that agents DO owe authors a response.
Thumbs-up to Jessica!

Rejection within 2 hours. My last MS took nearly a day before rejection. LOL She is fast

EQ - 10/4/18
FR - 10/4/18 (sent same day)
ER - 10/8/2018, form rejection, "intrigued but didn't connect enough, particular about new projects" (same as others below have listed)

Women's fiction, 95,000 words

Despite the form rejection after a full, I have nothing but great things to say about Jessica. She's a godsend for writers, new and established. I strongly recommend you follow her on Twitter, and read her blogs/videos on querying, agents, etc. Anyone who lands her is SO LUCKY, so good luck to everyone xoxo.

@NYCwriter: Fast rejections are frustrating, but they don't mean the agent didn't see your query. Sometimes all an agent has to see is that the genre isn't right, or the word-count is too high or too low, or the first lines of the query are annoying, etc. It's not necessary to read an entire letter. And you know, when thousands of applicants are applying for one or two spots, agents can be choosy.

I had a request from Jessica in about three minutes, two months ago. :-) Also, I mass deleted my spam folder the other day and then thought: 'But hey, that last one said it was a forward of an email and had the word 'manu' in the title.' The name was unknown to me, but whatever, too late now to peek at it. If it was a forwarded request, hopefully whoever sent it will follow-up when I don't reply. Frustrations abound in this game! But relax, the world is not ending--we still have chocolate.

jonnewhall - I got the same form letter from Jessica in my rejection from over a year ago, but you can try other agents at Bookends, definitely.

Part of her comment was "I would strongly suggest you take a second look at some of the other agents at BookEnds in your search for the right fit." I did that today (submitted to another BookEnds agent, thinking it was a positive lead. Now, having read the comments below, maybe this is just a standard rejection ... but I'm hoping not).

My book is 93,000-word thriller.
