She did have the courtesy to finally get back to me. I appreciate that. Must be a very busy agent.

She does seem to be backlogged, but I think that after a year she doesn't really need to respond unless it's a request for materials. I had considered her a "no" a long time ago. Form response below:

It is with kind thanks that I respond to your submission to Kimberley Cameron & Associates Literary Agency. I apologize for the long, long delay in response and realize you may have likely published already. Please be assured that I have carefully considered your project. Unfortunately, I don't feel the manuscript is right for me at this time.

I'm afraid the story just didn't pull me in soon enough.

Because we receive more than two hundred submissions per week, it is necessary to be extremely selective on a very subjective basis. There are numerous excellent agents that might be the right fit for your manuscript. I wish you all the best and will happily consider any future projects.

According to the website:
Liz has temporarily closed submissions in order to get caught up on backlog. Please check back in the springtime.

Ten months to the day for a response, and it was a request for more. Obviously, she is quite busy. On the plus side, that might be a good thing.

So this definitely makes my record for longest response to a query... I queried her on 9/16/2015 and just got a reject back this week on 9/6/2016! Like JohnPansini, that's just shy of a year for a query. She did mention they receive over 200 queries a week.

I sent this agent a query on 9/5/15. She got back to e today, 8/29/16. That's a few days short of a year! Why did she even bother?
