I need some advice. I queried Marie and she rejected my manuscript. Totally fine. However, another agent at her agency requested my work in a pitch contest. I tried to submit with the link provided by the 2nd agent, but I was denied by QM because I had previously queried Marie. Their website says you can query a second agent if the first passes (although you're supposed to inform the first agent), but QM won't let me submit. I also don't have a way to contact the first agent. Any ideas?
