I don't read it that way. Query a specific agent at that general address. I would never send out a query without directing it to a specific agent.

According to the firm's website, you query the firm and not any individual agent. In other words, submit away; just don't address your query to anyone.

I read his profile and it doesn't say he doesn't accept queries.

Actually, if you check the website, there's an online submission form. Even Daniel Greenberg's profile says if he gets a query not right for him, he may forward it to a colleague. I'm sure they're inundated, and they don't want agents queried directly, but they also offer a submission email address and say if you don't hear in 3 weeks, it's a no.

That's more information than many agencies offer.
