Sent a kind nudge on June 21 and received an auto-response the same day, pretty much the same one that can be found below. After waiting eight weeks and passing July 14, I considered this a closed/no response query.

Folio Jr. site does not mention she is closed to queries. I queried her and received an email saying she was still reading and responding to queries.

Agent closed to queries right after I submitted my query and responded to let me know I would still be considered during her closed time, but it might take longer. She has since reopened and closed again, so I think I will count this as "no response" after 3 months.
