EQ 11/18/2019 - pasted three chapters into their form, and it deleted all paragraph breaks. I started to add them in manually, but then left it. Maybe it arrives properly at their end.

Seemed like a form letter from her assistant, Eric Liang, but I did take heart in the phrasing. Said I had a strong message and a lot of promise....Judging by some of the other comments below, I'll take that.

On 2/3/16, I've requeried Neeti Madan with Venom via snail mail. On 3/8/16, I've sent her a snail mail nudge. Since I've gotten no response to her via mail, she's CNR. I'll try her for CR's requery later this spring via snail mail.

I'm confused. She seems to reject most things but just appeared in N. Carolina to (apparently) drum up business. Why?

William, like Professor said, do online/email queries first and snail mail second. I think it's not proper netiquette for you to post in all caps--that indicates you're shouting!

"Too busy" is a polite not interested reply, not necessarily their current state of business. You can cut costs considerably by querying those who do email and leaving the snail agents for last.
