YA Urban Fantasy. Said he doesn't know anything about urban fantasy so he won't represent it. If your project is urban fantasy, don't query him.

Does anyone know if he is still accepting unsolicited queries? AgentQuery says no, most other sites say yes, but I can't find much info on submitting.

Yes, this is heaven! I think I'll sign up for the premium membership - looks totally worth it.

One of mine is YA fantasy, too. Good luck with yours!

You will love this site, Murray! Wait until you see some other agents. There are some agents that requests fulls on almost half of all submissions and have hundreds of submissions. Keep looking at the stats, after a while they start to tell you a lot about the agents response times, likes, and what have you. My book is YA Fantasy. Good luck with your search for an agent.

Hi Bazori,

Congrats on the request for the full! What kind of book?

As for "such a high number," I have no doubt it's actually very small. I was just referring to the 28 queries listed in the tracker. I'm sure it just depends on who reports the query response. I'm still trying to navigate this website.

Murray, when I sent my full after Thanksgiving I was told they had a lot of end of year things to finish up and would then get to it.

What do you mean is such a high request for full's normal. Mine was the first since May according to stats here. When did you send your full?

Does anyone have any idea what the turnaround time is (approximate) for review of a full manuscript? I know it's the holidays, but any feedback would be much appreciated! Mr. Nicholson is definitely my top pick for an agent.

Also, as for the stats, is such a high request for fulls accurate?

Snail Mail: 10/15
E-Reply: 11/23

I received a letter from his assistant asking if the book was out with others. I wrote back saying yes, so now I am waiting to see if he will read my full or not.

Update: I emailed the full on 11/30. I think I lost the, will read right after the holiday offer though as this time they said they had a busy December and would get to it as soon as they could.
