This agent responds to queries only if interested, but does give a time frame of 2 - 3 weeks.
Also, rather than being closed to queries beginning in late December, she accepts submissions -- including first 3 chapters -- and sends this friendly auto response:

Thank you for your email. I'm off for the holiday and will be back in the office on January 6.
I will be checking email from time to time and will respond to urgent matters.
