They now have a website at the new Colorado address, and seem to be open to queries. Doesn't say anything about not accepting them. (

FYI: Just heard from Patty--she says she is still working as an agent and expects to have her Web site up and running (more than just her e-mail addy) shortly. She's partnered with Teresa Chris (U.K.) as her U.S. co-agent. She asked for the query and sample pages I had sent Teresa who had subsequently referred me to Patty.

She also has a side business assisting self-pubbing authors but she says it hasn't replaced her career working as an agent for authors seeking traditional representation.
