This was the NICEST, most helpful and supportive and DETAILED pass (both about the things she loved and the things that didn't work for her) I have gotten to date. Obviously I am sad, because Lara seems amazing, but if you gotta get a pass, this is the kind of pass you want. She seems like an incredible agent; her current and future clients are so lucky.
