Has anyone else noticed how little information, if any, is on their website. Absolutely no information about the agents or anything for that matter.
makes you wonder what they are hiding.

kaybee18, sometimes agents take a long time to respond to full requests. As she didn't answer to your June nudge, I don't think you should do it again UNTIL you get your offer of rep. I think you should give it a while before closing it out -- but also move on and pursue other options. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Since then, radio silence. I nudged 6/1 and got an "out of office" reply that she was at a conference. So I nudged again 6/8 and heard nothing. Unclear if I should close this out since she'd asked for the full manuscript. She sounds like a lovely person but I wonder if the non-response means no interest. I thought that if agents request material they will at least tell you if it's not for them. Oh well.

C_Chap -- wishing you all the best with your book. If you want to post the title/your name here, I'll try to look out for it. :)

Thanks guys - I'll wait a bit and follow up. I'll let you know how it goes! xo

I agree with zeldamar and C_Chap that there's no harm in following up politely under the circumstances, and also agree with zeldamar that it might be good to wait a few weeks -- especially as you submitted the mss just over a month ago. I'm sure it'll be fine either way, though. I look forward to your update.

I haven't been in this situation either, Jaime, but I agree with C_Chap that you don't need to be afraid of checking in with Kristyn. Just be aware that she may be running behind, being either without an assistant or getting a new one up to speed. It's a full request, so presumably she wanted to read it, or someone she trusted felt it was worth her time. But if you want to give it a couple weeks for things to settle down that would probably be fine, too.
