FR: 01/12/18
Susan Golomb's assistant, Mariah Stovall, requested on Golomb's behalf. She asked for the full manuscript and a 2-3 pages synopsis, and also inquired as to whether the submission was exclusive.
Update: received offer of rep from another agent on 01/15/18. Emailed Susan Golomb's assistant to notify about the offer to see if Susan is interested to read this week to still consider. Assistant said they would read as quickly as possible and let me know.

Update 1: checked in , nudge in May, still waiting
Update 2: nudged with links to new publications. Received kind email that she's reading. My heart's in my throat because I love the way she works with authors.
Update 3: received late June email thanking me for being patient. Said she's received "good reports" on the MS and is reading.
Update 4: And...personal rejection. Very kind. Long, thoughtful response. Offer to read future work, etc. Feeling hopeless. With a little time under my belt- to get such encouragement from a superstar like her, it's making me feel kind of happy.

Just wanted to leave a quick comment. I nudged a couple of times on this ms and received no reply. Thought it was probably a waste of time to nudge again with offer of representation, but low and behold, this produced a reply. Kind email from assistant Scott Cohen asking if there is still time for her to read, which I granted. Honestly just excited she is even going to take a look!
