EQ on 12th Nov 2017 on Nonfiction relationship (love) - I will be changing my query as too much sausage and not enough sizzle!
ER 2nd Dec 2017
Thanks for sending me your query. I'm afraid this doesn't seem like the right project for me, but I'm sure other agents will feel differently. Best of luck placing your work

Best wishes,
Monica

I queried her again for the heck of it since she's with a new agency and all. Her new, extremely impersonal and extremely form-y form goes like this:

Thanks for sending me your query. I'm afraid this doesn't seem like the right project for me, but I'm sure other agents will feel differently. Best of luck placing your work

Best wishes,

Monica

Queried in late June and never got a response. Seeing that she is no longer on the agency website, and did reject work sent in July, I am just going to mark this CNR.

Very interesting that she's no longer listed on the agency's website. I knew something was a little off about the rejection letter that she didn't actually respond to my query, it was a whole other separate email with no mention of my name, no "Dear Author," just a generic form. I always wonder what happened when an agent is taken off an agency's listing, I know most of us jump to the conclusion that they'll make their own agency, but wouldn't that be something you'd want to announce? Is it ever a case or a reflection of their lack of sales/selling a book, etc?

I forget exactly when I submitted to her, got her ER today, went like this:

Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to read your submission. I appreciate you considering me for representation of your work.

Unfortunately, after careful review, I have decided to pass on this submission. This industry is incredibly subjective, and there are many agencies out there with many different tastes. It is for this reason that I strongly encourage you to keep submitting elsewhere, in the hopes of finding an agent who will be an enthusiastic champion for you and your work.

I wish you all the very best of luck and success with your writing.

Sincerely,
Monica Odom

Pretty form-y, didn't even address my by name nor "Dear Author" either, just the usual "not for me/don't be discouraged/other agents will feel differently" blah blah, same ol' form-y language.
