Normally I don't comment on agent profiles, but I just thought the form rejection I got on a FULL deserved to be posted seeing as the email was from "Team PSLA" and they couldn't even be bothered to put the title of my manuscript. This is what I expect on a query, not on a full request, and even then, pretty crappy and unprofessional imo
