Nervously waiting for a response. She really is a dream agent, so when she asked for the full MS in September 2018 I was so excited. Hopefully she returns with good news, even if it's revision advice. I've since sent my first 3 chapters to a few more agents in the meantime (after some more edits/advice from beta readers) but I'm holding out for Juliet. Fingers crossed. rosie's comment below is really encouraging.

Form reject three months later. For some reason says can't offer rep, when she only received a query, no material. Who would expect rep on that?

Per Caskie Mushens' website today, 9/12/18, Ms. Mushens' query closure is only temporary: "Juliet is closed to submissions from 5th September to 19th October - anything sent during that time will be deleted unread."
