debra505,
The ICM website is extremely lacking. Some of their agents will post info on Twitter or Publishers Marketplace. Those who don't, I think just don't want to be contacted.

Does anyone else find the ICM site really confusing . . . maybe I'm missing something, but where are the agents listed?

Form letter saying she would not be considering new material until after March 2021. While she doesn't close the door to a re-submit I think she supposes that one will already have found an agent by then.

"Thank you so much for your query. While I’m grateful for the opportunity to consider your work, I won’t be requesting any new material in 2020 and will be closed to queries through March 2021. I hope you have found--or will soon find--the right home for your project. With all good wishes for the coming year,

Query: 12/3
Rejection: 12/4

She's not technically closed, but I wouldn't bother querying her right now since this is the response I got:

Thank you so much for your query. While I’m grateful for the opportunity to consider your work, I won’t be requesting any new material in 2020 and will be closed to queries through March 2021. I hope you find the right home for your project. With all good wishes for the coming year,

I think you can at ICM. If the website doesn’t explicitly say not to then it should be fine.

Anyone know if you can resubmit to another agent if one passed? I did and I think now that is not allowed there and I want to give her a heads up as a courtesy.l

@chachadigregorio, I waited almost a month before marking it CNR. I still haven't heard back as of August 13, so I plan on querying another at ICM this week.
