Every fiction book that she lists on her website she's placed are with publishers that accept unsolicited/unagented manuscripts. Why submit a query to her (and potentially have to pay a 15% commission) if she submits to publishers you can submit to yourself and bypass paying that commission (if they accept your manuscript for publication)?
