Just to add what others have mentioned below, Caitie I can imagine is a lovely person in person (I can imagine most agents are - they kind of have to be, lol, as we all do), but her online personality and Twitter presence is very rude, judgemental, catty, and off-putting. She should probably work on that...even with agents, how they come across on social media does matter.

It's a nice thing to say, but FYI all agents use that line in their form rejections. In fact, most agents use the exact same form rejection template.
