Query sent 6/30/23
Partial Request 6/30/23- requested only a few hours after query, sent to them immediately
Today was curious about status, so clicked on QT email link, and it came up as saying my partial was rejected back on 8/2/23- no email or notification given that this had been closed. I emailed QT to ensure the agent actually got the partial (no confirmation for that either) and was assured it had been received. Not sure why agent didn't send a form rejection- very weird.
Appears from notes below that this has happened to others. I very much doubt this agent's query reply rate is 77%
