17/may- Nudged saying another agent at P.S had liked my tweet during a pitch event, just doing my due diligence (since they are a no from one is a no from all agency)
18/may- Replied congratulating me and letting me know to go ahead and query the other agent, very polite and kind!

Hey writer friends! Still catching up on queries post-COVID. About 500 in my to-be-read folder. Thanks for being patient, and don’t be afraid to nudge.
To a question about 'a date for which queries are still tbr', this is what he replied: Like 4/7? Few days before I traveled.

Personalized rejection 4/2/24 - my book has a trigger that's tough for him, but he was super kind and encouraging and it made my day
He said on Twitter that he is all caught up on queries. A few people commented about not getting a response and he told them they are welcome to nudge if they think they were missed. I'm choosing to go ahead and CNR. Don't think my book is a good fit for his current MSWL. :) 3/30/22

Queried on 1/25/21, didn't hear anything so assumed he had passed. But then he tweeted about it being ok to nudge him if we hadn't received a concrete response, so I sent a nudge email, confirming that he'd seen my query and asking, if so, why he had passed. A week later, he requested the full manuscript?! NO idea what happened there, if he genuinely missed my query the first time or if he reconsidered upon the nudge, but fingers crossed either way!! Just goes to show that sometimes a nudge DOES make a difference, I guess, although I'm always so anxious about nudging when agents haven't explicitly said it's ok, like Eric did.
