Emailed me the day after my submission to say he liked the sound of my book. However, he did not offer representation.

I saw that QueryTracker has him listed as Snail-Mail only, but his profile on his agency's site requests queries via email. I went with the agency's preferences and EQ'd him. Within about 4 hours, he emailed me back with a request for chapters.

I sent him an e-query based on the web site, then a few weeks later realized he didn't want them, so I printed everything out, formatted the query letter, and mailed it off.

He is listed as not accepting any submissions via email, but the agency's website says they accept them both via email and through the post.

His personal bio states: 'Please do send any queries via email.'

Is this a typo--should it be Please DO NOT send any queries via email?
