Said it got "quite a positive report" from in-house readers but didn't fall in love with it enough to feel ready to offer rep. She was really sweet, said I was on the right track, and wished me luck. Great experience.

April 18, 2017 - Same day response to form submission for my memoir (w/visuals). Emailed to see samples of my layout, so I sent 60+ pgs. text/visuals. By April 28 she emailed a (not form) rejection, siting "a hard sell to trade publishers." Very pleasant to interact with, and exciting at first, as this was my second query sent, but ultimately disappointing. They claim to be good with "out of the box" projects, but I don't know what exactly she felt made this a hard sell.

According to their website, as of 1/10, they've been having trouble with their online form and want writers to query via e-mail for a while (queries@pandeliterary.com).
