Update: She was initially very enthusiastic when requesting the full, following my partial. Fast forward to February, I emailed her with a nudge to check in and...no response. Fast forward again to April. I sent another nudge aaaannnddd...crickets. While this has happened only a handful of times with agents who request fulls and then disappear, I find it very unprofessional and disheartening. If you request a manuscript and I send it based on your request, then you owe me a response. It's rude to ignore someone who shared something personal with you--at your request. It's like someone asking for your phone number, you give it to them, and then they never call, and when you call them--straight to voicemail. Why ask in the first place?

Tanusri offered rep and I ended up choosing a different offer, but her clients rave about her and she seems absolutely amazing. Very kind and extremely intelligent. I did nudge her with an offer, which sped up the process. From the time I sent the query until the offer was about three weeks

She requested a full from me December 2016. It's been a year and 3 months. She did switch agencies and asked me to resend it to her new email address which I did. Haven't heard anything since then. I think that might be like 8 months ago or so?

@elizaa - I queried her at Foundry on 8/16 and she requested a full same day. It's still a bit early to hear anything on a full, but I was curious.

@Galen_Marek, I queried at the end of May after asking her if she was open on Twitter, but haven't heard a thing. When did she request pages from you? I've been wondering if either the email forwarding wasn't set up correctly early-on after her switch to Foundry, or if she's otherwise been delayed or modifying her response processes due to the change (eg not responding to Rs).
