Cassandra is wonderful. She rejected my full, but asked to have a phone call with me. During the call, she was very helpful and laid out everything that needed to be done to make the manuscript more salable. I was impressed with her professionalism and desire to be of help. I will definitely make the suggested changes and resubmit.
