EQ: 10/19 Query only
PR: 10/19 (within an hour) Requested first chapter to see if it's a match, says she'll request full if it seems that way.

Like what most people have done recently, going to CNR this. I don't get it. She's very active on Twitter (she seems passionate and likeable), is responsive to queries, but it's total and complete radio silence when it comes to partials, fulls, and nudges. It makes no sense. What a shame.

Nudged her in November to inform her of an R&R from another agent, and to ask if she was interested in the revision. No reply.

On her Twitter, she said that she's on a submission hiatus starting 11/22 with exception to people she meets at conferences and it doesn't apply to submissions that she has requested already. I assume it's because of the holidays (prob a lot of agents will be on hiatus soon lol), but it WOULD be nice if she'd actually RESPOND to partials and fulls and not just to queries lol. Or I can hope if anything this hiatus will mean that she'll start doing that. I can tell she just takes her time, but the radio silence is torture lol, and sends off the message that she just doesn't care.

Based on the QT submission reports, she's responded about half the time to past requests. Most of the ones missing responses are more recent requests too, so they might still be in the queue. It does seem that there can be a long wait though as a 10/02 rejection was posted for a February request.

Of course, I can't say whether her responses came after someone nudged or was offered rep.

Is anyone else wondering if Ms. Cascardi is one of those agents who's a non-responder to PR/FR's, or if she's one of the types that waits until you've been offered rep before she bothers even looking at it? I find it a bit odd that for someone who's very quick to request or reject, seems like it takes her 2-3 months for a response if you're even lucky to get one at all.

dclawr, according to her timeline, her most recent 3 responses came in June and July and were to fulls requested in April and May.

Wondering if anyone who had a full or partial request from Ms. Cascardi in the last several months has heard from her...
