Andrea seems like a nice person but she had my full for over a year and when I nudged that I had a competing offer, she said she'd read it and then never got back to me. So...

She routinely requests fulls lightning fast and then ghosts them. It tends to be the more busy, experienced agents who do this. I doubt they have any intention of reading fulls unless nudged with an offer. If the property seems hot enough, they then have a reasonable chance of winning the client because of their name and rep. In effect, they use newer agents as first readers. I'm not nuts about this, but I get it. It's a way of managing a full client list and full inbox while still giving yourself a chance at the occasional new client.
