Urban fantasy, 85,000.
Query sent on 4/11/22.
Nudge on 6/07/22 (at 8 weeks)
Response from Beth Miller, same day (23 minutes after the nudge!)
Thank you for your query.
We had not yet had a chance to review it, but I just took a look, and while this sounds intriguing, I’m afraid it isn’t right for Robin. Her client list is very full right now, forcing her to be extremely selective about taking on anyone new.
I encourage you to continue submitting your query to other agents, and I truly wish you all the best in finding enthusiastic representation.
Thank you again for thinking of Robin, and apologies for the delay.
Sincerely,
Beth Miller

Although this sounds intriguing, I’m afraid it isn’t right for Robin Rue. Her client list is very full right now, forcing her to be extremely selective about taking on anyone new.
I encourage you to continue submitting your query to other agents, and I truly wish you all the best in finding enthusiastic representation. You may feel free to query another Writers House agent; a pass from one is not a pass from all.
Thank you again for thinking of Robin.
Sincerely,

Adult Fantasy 108K
And received a full request from Beth Miller on behalf of both of them on 8/13/21
I sent the full MS on the email chain the same day
I received an automated response saying Beth Miller was closed to Queries and my query would be deleted. I think it's likely fine, and my full probably went through, but I feel nervous that I was supposed to send it to a different email address or something, and was wondering if anyone else had this experience and could confirm for me that theirs got through despite the automatic response?
Edit: I did receive confirmation of receipt a week after sending my full
Edit two: to writing4life I didn't, I just left it. Is that something we're supposed to do when sending requested materials in the query chain??

Edit, a few minutes later: after emailing Beth Miller, we discovered the email was blocked because the sample I included was too long. 10 pages max.
ER: 2/4/21, from Beth Miller, saying Robin's list was very full and she is taking on very few new clients; form letter
