I am still waiting for a response to the full and she has not answered my nudges. Considering how long it has taken so far, I'm not sure whether to close this one out or keep waiting.
Update May 14th: Nudged on full.
Update: May 18, 2018 CNR
Update: September 17, 2018 Personal rejection. Did not provide any constructive comments except to say she liked my writing and would like to see more. As I sent the initial query over 2 years ago, I'm not sure I'm up for another long wait. At least she responded. I appreciate that.

No, she has made it very clear on more than one occasion. She wants to be addressed as Susan. 100% sure...put Dear Susan.

Just wondering- If 'Dear Susan' is preferred for communication, why does she not list that under the agency's submission guidelines? I am concerned it could be seen as rude or presumptuous to address her by her first name for the initial query letter..... No?

Very constructive critique in the rejection note, from Hannah Bersee, Intern. Definitely personalized.

Their twitter isn't on here, but it's And Susan uses both they and she pronouns.
