Queried this agency back in August of 2020. Never heard back. I understand lit agents are busy but I hate it when they don't show the modicum of professionalism by responding that they're not interested.

Form query on 15 May 2021! Still keeping it open as it's in the three-month range.

Of note: at the time I submitted, there was no option to pick a specific agent to submit to; you simply had to put their name in the text of the query letter you pasted in the box. At the bottom of the form, there was also a box that they specifically asked us to leave comments about the form. When I submitted, I noted that I loved having individual questions to answer, as it takes the guesswork out of a query, but I wished I could denote which agent I wanted to send it to by picking from a drop-down box.

Cut to: I just checked their website today. They now have a specific box for authors to note which agent they are submitting to. They ALSO tell people to e-mail the agents directly if they prefer--something I am SURE was not there before, as I would definitely have done that rather than the form. I'm glad these changes were made! It def makes it easier for others going forward.

@tremendousotter Taking a look at the Data Explorer, it looked like a lot of the rejections were by email, whereas there was a good balance in email/form for the full requests. So maybe the agency just doesn't feel an urgency to send a formal rejection when sent via the form?
