Very sweet form rejection, although it came from Adria, which was unexpected. My story deals with a religion in a very critical way, so I would have never dreamed of submitting to her, as I know she is religious. Interesting turn of events, to say the least.

ER 10/17/17 (form) "Thank you for your query and interest in representation by Martin Literary Management. I regret that MLM is unable to take you on as a client at this time. We receive many queries a week and as such we must turn down many projects that might have great commercial potential. Please know I personally read each query and that some of these rejections are based strictly on the subject of material, which may not be an appropriate fit for my interests. Also remember that sometimes, writers endure long terms of rejection before they find the winning combination for themselves. They refused to give up, as I hope you will continue to do. I wish you all the best in pursuit of publishing this project. Best..."
