Much thanks for the quick and helpful response, Patrick.

Sorry, a_climacus, I don't know how they're handling that. But my guess is that a re-query wouldn't hurt, just mention it in your query letter and say you weren't sure so took a chance. Good luck.

Thanks, Patrick. If we've queried in the last couple of weeks, do you know if we should re-query?

cellcultured, they are switching to QueryManager because of those issues.

Querying this agency is annoying af. Their form is terrible with word limits (what is the limit? Just say so! I had to redo the form thrice) and most of them apparently don't even reply.

Due to the problems they are having with their form, they are making the switch to QueryManager. So, you may want to hold off querying them until then, or look for one of their agents who has already switched.

Comments below are correct about the form not accepting 50 pages. I thought the form had been fixed, as it was accepting my 50 pages. But then I clicked submit and the problems began. After a great deal of trial and error, I was able to submit 17 pages.

@carbogast - no, I wouldn't make that assumption. Agents jump around queries/submissions all the time; they don't usually go in chronological order. 8-12 weeks without a response is a more reasonable time to assume that most likely it's a pass.

I see on the timeline that she has requested a full for a submission below mine. Should I assume she's passing? The agency doesn't give any timeframe for yea/nay that I can find, but does say you can't query more than one at a time.

to help the next person, i could only get about 500 words into the form for the sample pages.

that form was literally the worst. I had to cut my submission to 15 pages, soooo that "50 page" field is definitely not true.
