(92k word Historical Paranormal Suspense novel)
ER: 20th October 2021: "Thank you so much for submitting your work to Sue, and apologies for the delay in coming back to you. We’ve now had a chance to look and though there was much to admire unfortunately we didn’t feel strongly enough to be able to offer representation at this time. Due to the volume of submissions we receive unfortunately we’re not in a position to offer further feedback or editorial advice, but we wish you the very best in finding the perfect home for your work."
Adult Fantasy/Magical Realism, 94k

Submitted 119K family saga/ suspense novel
Website says she is open to submissions. I am going by that rather than what QT is saying.
Sent update Feb 2021 and Susan personally replied to say she hadn't had a chance to look at my submission yet. Rarely had someone respond to a nudge before so that was appreciated.
Received rejection from Susan's assistant exactly two months after submission, which is the time specified for a response. They said that while they admired it, they didn't feel strongly enough to represent it.

Sent a nudge after two months, no response
Sent notification of offer of representation on February 26, 2021, and on March 1st she apologized for the wait and said she'd loved the opening chapters and wanted to do her best to read even though she is immersed in edits for new projects.
March 7 she sent an email saying she read further, was still loving it, but could not see being able to finish and chat, etc by my deadline and referred me to two other agents at the agency, but I chose not to rush them through a read (even though they seem great) since I do really love the offering agent and don't see the need to make anyone jump through hoops for me when I'd be delighted to end up with my first offer. Anyway, Susan seems super super busy, but truly lovely and wonderful!
Thanks katherineohara
