Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

Query Guidelines

Please include a query letter and the first 50 pages for fiction, and a proposal for non-fiction. We do not accept mailed submissions or phone calls.

Leave comments about your experiences with this literary agent, or read what other authors have to say.

This what it says on their website about Kirsten Wolf. "Kirsten Wolf, President/Owner, is turning her attentions to consulting work full time and is no longer representing authors. For more information about her services, click here!" So, I guess you shouldn't query her.

Saw that they represent another novel with a similar feel to mine. Hoping for good news on this one!

My first query and my first rejection. Seems to be the same form rejection that others have received, including the continuing editing comment and continue querying other agencies comment.

I too received an email telling me to "continue editing." Re-reading the 50 pages I sent, I did find a few grammatical errors and feel it needs some editing. However reading other comments, it seems it was part of a form letter.

EQ 9/5 YA adventure Spec twist. Gosh, you're all getting fast turn arounds. Once again, I feel invisible, and would love to just get an R so I know one way or another. Though, we did send 50 pages w/ this query. Maybe, just perhaps--Kirsten's busy reading it!?
