@aroagab: Yes, and according to Reports, in the past 12 months her average response time for fulls are 26 days (positive) and 40 days (negative). The Timeline shows she has a lot of requests to work through, and that she goes in order with a few exceptions. She's responded to most fulls that were submitted before mid-May.
