Katie isn't listed on their website anymore. After a quick google search, I couldn't find whether she moved to another agency or is out of the biz.

From their site:

Katie Menick

Katie Menick works as both an agent and as assistant to Howard Morhaim. She's interested in: graphic novels, literary fiction, fantasy (both urban and epic), and young adult fiction, but is currently not accepting unsolicited submissions.

No replies here since 12/05. Is she still with Morhaim? Breathing? Taking queries?

While Morhaim's site says nothing, the Agent Query profile for her says she's not accepting unsolicited queries at this time.

Wiggypop, a 3-month response is not slow! Six months is normal.

dbara43: Beg to differ. Six months to respond to a query is not 'normal' but ridiculously long. Six months for a partial is ridiculously long. Six months for a full...maybe. But that's stretching it, also. It certainly is not 'normal'. About the only queries that would fall into that kind of time frame would be those agents who only respond if they are interested...and that time frame would be 'forever'.

I just got through. Maybe they had momentary server issues?

Her website is no longer functional. I clicked on it and got "OBJECT NOT FOUND! Error 404."

Sigh. Guess she's off the list, too.

I queried her on August 2 via snail mail, and was rejected on August 18. Fast turnaround.

A note: it appears this agency has just taken on two new fantasy authors between June and August.

I queried her on March 11, 2008, got reply on June 11, 2008. It was a slow response, but at least she responded. Sadly, she wasn't interested in my MS.

SevenIsles, that is true - according to agentquery, but her company website implies that she does accept queries:
