In my experience, an auto reply doesn't necessarily mean the person on the other end isn't going to receive the email. Will just have to wait and see. If she doesn't answer after a bit, I'll resubmit.

She’s removed the closed to queries auto email.

I tried resdnding my query and got the same email back that she's closed to queries but will reopen on Jan. 6th. SIGH.

@ElianaM My advice would be the send a follow-up email in the same thread as your original, explaining the confusion from your side and including the original query in the body of the second email. Considering you sent after she closed, I highly highly doubt she's going to read it without a follow-up email. Still, it's good to be transparent in your new email that this was something you tried to query earlier but received no response on. (Amy seems to respond to most queries, even if in the negative, by the way.)

I queried the day after she closed to queries (somehow missed the update on this site). I received no response but I'm not sure if my query was received. Now that she is open, what should I do?

I got a still closed to new queries too. I guess we wait a couple of more days to resend it again. I'm guessing she just forgot to take the "I am closed to new queries" email off.

InconstantMoon, she opened according to her website. Perhaps she forgot to turn off her email auto responder?

Anyone else getting a Closed to Queries bounce back when they submit? Not sure if this means she got it or she didn't....

EQ 11/19/20
CNR: 12/3/20

Agency guidelines say it's a no if no response after 2 weeks, but it looks like she usually responds to every query based on the comments here, so still holding out hope

11/10/20: EQ re: The Knotted Gun - suspense
11/11/20: I listed her rejection as a Form Rejection even though she did make a personal remark but it didn't really pertain to my writing. Word count light and she didn't connect with the voice.

EQ November 9th, rejection received a couple of hours later.

Same form as below, except she also added that I have a really cool concept, which was a nice touch.
