Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

Leave comments about your experiences with this literary agent, or read what other authors have to say.

On 2/24/16, I've requeried Deborah Grosvenor with Chain Reaction. Two weeks ago, I've nudged her. Now she's CNR. I'll try her with Venom later this spring.

"Thank you for your query. As interesting as your novel sounds I don't believe I would be the best agent to represent your work. Best of luck to you though and thank you for thinking of me."

Thanks for letting me know. At least you got a R. I've gotten silence and silence. I think I'll move on and won't query this one again.

7/13/12: requeried Chain Reaction.

Angelscribe----it only took a day for them to reject me. Personally, I wouldn't bother with this agency ever again.

Thanks for letting us have a look. We continue to like the plot, but we just don't think we'll be able to match this book to any of the publishers we work with. Best of luck in your search for an agent.

Very best,

We'd love to take a look. Would you kindly send the first 3-4 chapters, or about 50-60 pages? And would you let us know about your writing experience, if any?

Thank you,
Submissions Coordinator

I queried Ms. Grosvenor on Feb. 29 Re: my historical. Have not heard anything. Is anyone familiar with her to comment on whether I should nudge, or just let it go. Thanks.
