Q on June 15.
Rejected Nov. 27.
Kind (but probably form) email. I don't usually let my queries sit this long without CNR'ing them but based on others' comments I did. Glad I did -always grateful for any response at all.

I just want to shoutout Heather. In short, I have bipolar disorder, and in a manic episode, I withdrew my fulls. All of my fulls. When I stabilized and realized what I had done, I emailed Heather in a panic, absolutely humiliated. To say she was kind was an understatement. This is the kind of person you want in your corner.

update: notified heather of offer of rep! Crossing my fingers to work with her

final update: She kindly stepped aside but I'm very happy with the agent I'm going with. Just goes to show, ALL kinds of voices deserve a space at the table :) thanks everyone for their kind words
