This agent was on my list until I read the comment about the agency's president: Emily Sylvan Kim is currently being sued by one of her clients for breach of fiduciary duty.
Tl;dr she is accused of giving her client's books to another author to pick through for parts, which she then (per the lawsuit) stole and sold.
