If there are comments going back to 2020 here, how can he have a query reply rate of 0.0%., request rate, subs reply rate, average request time and average reject time of "n/a"?

I can't see that he's not taking submissions for fiction at the mo? There's nothing on his personal agency page, nor on the general subs page of the agency.
