@dlpoet17 Thanks. I contacted QT directly and Patrick McDonald said it is handled on the agent end and I see he just updated the genres. I just emailed her so I guess we'll know for sure in a bit. I'll come back with an update.
Addendum: Received a very nice and quick response from Ms.Giuffrida: "I am currently not open to middle-grade or picture book submissions - my updated manuscript wishlist page includes the genres and age categories I am open for in 2026. Sorry for the confusion..." Keeping her in mind for future projects.

@AuthorWASimpson sometimes agents don't update their categories here, but the form is what we ultimately have to go by. It happens all the time, you see a category listed here but the agent isn't actively taking queries in that sub-genre at the moment.
