Partial request (first five chapters) within a day. Second time submitting a partial to her. Was contemporary YA before, a YA Thriller this time -- I'm hoping she'll want to see a full!
rejected after over 70 days. Last time I queried her, she requested a partial and gave me a personalized response saying she liked my voice and welcoming me to query again. This time, a form rejection with no personalization. Makes me feel like I’m just going backwards.
