Does anyone know if she represents authors from the US? She said she liked my excerpt but wanted to ask if I'm based in the US before going any further and if it was available. I sent an email the same day (9/6), but haven't heard back.

Thank you for writing to me with your submission which I have now reviewed. After careful consideration, I am sorry to say that I have decided it is not quite right for my list. I do think your writing is accomplished and that you understand the picture book format well, but regretfully my list is quite full at the moment and so I can’t take on many new picture book writers. I felt the ideas didn’t quite have that extra spark I’m looking for. Thank you for letting me consider your work though, and I wish you all the very best in placing elsewhere.

Does anyone know if Emily Talbot, Molly Jamieson or Jodie Hodges send rejections or do they not answer if its a no? I sent 3 PB manuscripts back in September and never heard back, I nudged after 20 weeks and still nothing. Wondering if I should re submit or let this one go?
