On his website, and MSWL, he appears to be open, but is showing closed here. Also on MSWL if you click on the link where it says, Guidelines and Details, you get: **ERROR: BAD REQUEST, 400 There's an issue with your request. This action can't be completed.** Does anyone have further details on this agent?
