So some people couldn’t find where to submit their work to. Not the easiest but if you open your email acceptance from CAA, click reply. A box comes up -for addressing agent I assume, as well as a link to upload your work as a file (PDF double-spaced).

I also was thrown by their website, however, if you manage to find the books and do a little research, you’ll see one of the agents actually represents Margaret Atwood’s novel, The Testaments, and is also actively promoting her next book, Paper Boats.

Also many new releases… as well as Abby Walter’s books, which are on my tbr list.

@ValerieVanOrman yeah I've never seen anything like that. Maybe there's an accusation that's been made.

@Berkvase - My concern is that it seems like they're trying to cover themselves in case someone accuses them of stealing work that was submitted to them. And since I've never had another agency write something like this, it makes me think that something shady is going on.

@ValerieVanOrman I don't even understand what this letter is trying to say. Do you?

Form rejection 7/28 (YA historical fiction 93K):

"Your query letter has not been, and will not be disclosed to any executive or other employee of Creative Artists Agency or any other person. You should be aware that many ideas are generated by our employees and our clients or other sources."

This sounds super sketchy to me. I won't be sending anything else to CAA.
