I appreciate the opportunity to consider. You've clearly put a great deal of thought and time into your writing. I'm sorry to say, though, that I didn't connect with the premise as much as I was hoping, and as much as I would need to in order to best represent your work.
It's a form rejection but looks like she uniquely cites the reason she didn't connect, which is very considerate of her, more than most agents.
