She has listed that the limit for fantasy is 115k words, but upon submitting, a message pops up and it shows that the limit is actually 110k. Which one is a typo?

FYI, she has a word count limit on all her genres. Most genres can't be over 90k. I tried submitting my 96k upmarket (upmarket wasn't listed in the example so I was unsure of its limit) and it did not allow me to submit.
