Form Rejection: 7/14/24
This might be one of the most offensive form rejections I've received. It took almost five months for a response (after this was already CNR'd), and she preemptively rejected my manuscript on behalf of her whole agency. Given that I had met with Stacey Graham at a conference earlier this year and she had explicitly asked me to query because she was interested, a bit more consideration and less dismissiveness on behalf of others into some of these form rejections would be appreciated.
"Thank you for considering me and 3 Seas for your project, <TITLE>. At this time, <TITLE> is not a good fit for me or my colleagues. Best of luck with your future queries! Keep writing!!
Best,
Kara Grajkowski"
